O2 : Here's to you

O2 wanted to break the perception that Pay and Go customers were less important than pre-pay customers.

We developed a proposition and campaign celebrating Pay and Go customers while trumpeting the benefits creating a visually rich brand platform across all autumn/winter comms.

Using O2's brand positioning 'A world beyond the ordinary' as our starting point, we conceived and created visually arresting imagery from elephants on ferris wheels, dogs holding bunting, to life-size monkeys beating cymbals – all welcoming you to a world beyond the ordinary, where the customer comes first, where anything can happen.
