O2 : Nobble a Niggle
VCCP developed a TV campaign for O2 declaring the end of broadband Niggles, but it hadn’t been stretched into digital channels.
As well as developing a suite of CRM comms using the characters from the advert and anarchic headlines to acquire customers – we developed the campaign landing page where you could effectively destroy the narks and niggles on-screen.
In a matter of seconds users could discover any number of Niggles that may be effecting them and blast them with the press of a button triggering a swift, sticky ending – thus demonstrating O2’s antidotal approach to broadband.
And for those already convinced, clear prompts to drive to conversion n the UX below the experience.
